Včera jsem měla tu čest účastnit se workshopu s jediným plně certifikovaným facilitátorem v ČR a SK Leonid Kushnir, M.A. . Co mě na tomto workshopu nejvíce zaujalo, byla jeho schopnost prolomit bariéry a přimět nás přemýšlet úplně jiným způsobem. 🌱
Nešlo jen o stavění z kostek – bylo to o hluboké reflexi, týmové spolupráci a kreativitě. Při každém úkolu jsem byla překvapená tím, jak nám stavění pomáhá vyjádřit složité myšlenky a najít nové způsoby, jak řešit problémy. 💡

To be honest, I don’t like playing with Lego®, so I had my doubts at the beginning. However, I soon started to understand what it’s all about, and enthusiasm kicked in.
