Dnes proběhl v rámci akcelerace Start it @ČSOB, které se s Kunsthistoričky účastníme čtyřhodinový workshop. Hráli jsme si. Ale background – úplně jiný, než dětská hra. Co jsem se skrz zapojení všech smyslů, jednotlivé úkoly a pomocí stavění z lego kostiček sebe a interpretování v legu druhých, naučila?
👉Jak důležitý je první dojem a jaký konkrétně ho ze mě ostatní můžou mít
👉 Jaké jsou moje leadership skills a kde jsou mezery
👉 Generační rozdíl mezi „vedením týmu“ a proč je potřeba vzít v potaz i vedení typu „dávám jasný směr“ – ne jen moderní „jsem kámoš všech“ přístup
👉zároveň cit a empatie a nekonfliktní komunikace je gró – jak k tomu přistupovat třeba skrz lego
👉 jak přemýšlet o produktu, jeho škálovatelnosti a že kreativita může být velké pozitivum, ale občas tě při větší škálovatelnosti může brzdit – jen je potřeba si to uvědomit
👉 jak přemýšlet „mimo obraz“ a zároveň se držet v poli „lega“

Včera jsem měla tu čest účastnit se workshopu s jediným plně certifikovaným facilitátorem v ČR a SK Leonid Kushnir, M.A. . Co mě na tomto workshopu nejvíce zaujalo, byla jeho schopnost prolomit bariéry a přimět nás přemýšlet úplně jiným způsobem. 🌱
Nešlo jen o stavění z kostek – bylo to o hluboké reflexi, týmové spolupráci a kreativitě. Při každém úkolu jsem byla překvapená tím, jak nám stavění pomáhá vyjádřit složité myšlenky a najít nové způsoby, jak řešit problémy. 💡

This week I found out!
I joined a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop led by Leonid Kushnir, M.A., and it turned out to be one of the most inspiring learning experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Through building and storytelling, we explored how we see ourselves, how others might see us, and how these perspectives come together when we collaborate. It was surprising how quickly complete strangers could connect, open up, and create a sense of trust — all thanks to those little bricks.
For me, the workshop was a powerful reminder that creativity can cut through barriers, spark authentic dialogue, and turn a group of individuals into a stronger team.

LEGO SERIOUS PLAY na workshopu vedeném Leonid Kushnir, M.A.. Jde o facilitovaný přístup, který využívá LEGO kostky k vizualizaci myšlenek, sdílení perspektiv a hlubšímu porozumění složitým tématům. Ukázal nám, že i vážná témata se dají uchopit jinak – s lehkostí, nadhledem a konkrétními výstupy, a to formou her a cvičení, které zapojí opravdu každého.

Odpoledne jsme již během workshopu s Leonid Kushnir, M.A. a Lego Serious Play stavěli hashtaglego 😀 Ale vážně, foundeři si díky legu vizualizovali nejen sami sebe, ale také svoji cestu, kde se cítí jistí a kde méně. Stavěli také například pekelný hashtagstartup. Díky propojení hashtagsoftskills s praktickým a uchopitelným legem, je snazší některé věci vnímat. Na kick-offu jsme si prošli workshopem Lego Serious Play – metodou, která mě překvapila svojí hloubkou. Zdánlivě jednoduché kostičky odhalily mnohem víc, než jsem čekal.

4,5 hodinový workshop (do půl jedné do rána) byl součástí celovíkendové akce Kick off 2025 začátkem ledna od JCI Czech Republic, kdy jsme si nastavovali cíle na nadcházející rok. Ani 14 stupňů na pokoji nás neodradilo pracovat 😁
